Core-Spun Cotton-Feel Polyester Four-Way Stretch Recovery Double Knit is a stable double-knit construction developed for Swimwear where chlorine and sunscreen resistance with shape retention decides whether a style succeeds. The base is core-spun polyester with a cotton-like sheath, which gives natural surface comfort with the drying speed of a synthetic. The result is a fabric that delivers Four-Way Stretch Recovery in daily use rather than only in a laboratory.

Why this construction works
Because a stable double-knit construction is used, the fabric behaves consistently across the roll: body and firmness without any need for lining. That consistency is what lets a factory cut confidently and lets a brand repeat an order a season later with the same result.

Dyeing, finishing and customisation
The fabric can be supplied greige, piece dyed or printed. Add-on finishes are selected after a wash durability trial, because a finish that disappears after five washes is worse than no claim at all.
Care instructions
- Machine wash at 30 degrees with mild detergent, no fabric softener.
- Dry away from direct heat and do not tumble dry hot.
- Cool iron on the reverse if needed, and avoid bleach.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum for a first order? Development starts at 300 metres per colour, which is enough for a proper wear trial and a small capsule. Bulk pricing improves at 1,000 metres and above per colour.
Can the weight and width be changed? Yes. Most programmes run between 140 and 340 GSM, and width can be set between 150 and 180 cm to match your marker. Changing weight changes cover and stretch, so we re-test before confirming.
