This Double Knit is built for brands whose Training Shorts programme needs abrasion resistance plus a comfortable liner without a complicated supply chain. Knitted from nylon 66 filament with high tenacity spandex, it offers higher melt point and better abrasion resistance for demanding uses, and the construction is engineered so that Compression.

Why this construction works
Because a stable double-knit construction is used, the fabric behaves consistently across the roll: body and firmness without any need for lining. That consistency is what lets a factory cut confidently and lets a brand repeat an order a season later with the same result.

Recommended applications
Used for Training Shorts and for the accessories around them. abrasion resistance plus a comfortable liner is the reason it is chosen, and the fabric bonds, prints and sews on standard machinery without special settings.

Dyeing, finishing and customisation
The fabric can be supplied greige, piece dyed or printed. Add-on finishes are selected after a wash durability trial, because a finish that disappears after five washes is worse than no claim at all.
Care instructions
- Machine wash at 30 degrees with mild detergent, no fabric softener.
- Dry away from direct heat and do not tumble dry hot.
- Cool iron on the reverse if needed, and avoid bleach.
