This Jacquard Knit is built for brands whose Running Tops programme needs low weight with fast moisture transport without a complicated supply chain. Knitted from polyester elastane with a bio-based chitosan finish, it offers a bio-derived antibacterial route for restricted substance sensitive programmes, and the construction is engineered so that Four-Way Stretch Recovery.

Why this construction works
Because a patterned jacquard knit is used, the fabric behaves consistently across the roll: zoned structure and ventilation placed exactly where the pattern requires. That consistency is what lets a factory cut confidently and lets a brand repeat an order a season later with the same result.

Performance features
- Four-Way Stretch Recovery: extends in both directions and returns without bagging, measured by ASTM D2594 stretch and recovery.
- Hand and comfort: a bio-derived antibacterial route for restricted substance sensitive programmes.
- Construction benefit: zoned structure and ventilation placed exactly where the pattern requires.
- Consistency: GSM and width tolerance are locked per lot and recorded on the inspection sheet.
- Durability: performance is verified after repeated washing, not only as delivered.
Recommended applications
Used for Running Tops and for the accessories around them. low weight with fast moisture transport is the reason it is chosen, and the fabric bonds, prints and sews on standard machinery without special settings.

Dyeing, finishing and customisation
The fabric can be supplied greige, piece dyed or printed. Add-on finishes are selected after a wash durability trial, because a finish that disappears after five washes is worse than no claim at all.

- Dry away from direct heat and do not tumble dry hot.
- Cool iron on the reverse if needed, and avoid bleach.
